Can you give a known response time for reactive call-outs?

Not as a published figure. You’ll be given a real time on the call, from the person who has to drive there. After-hours call-outs are available, and the charge for them is quoted before any work starts.

Do you work across multiple sites for one client?

Yes in principle — the same single-point-of-contact, consolidated-reporting approach used for property manager portfolios applies here.
